Lapis super lapidem
The Grounded Builder
Steady on every side, and ready to build higher than he has so far.
Strengths
- — Even across the whole of life
- — Reliable on ordinary days
- — Builds slowly and keeps what he builds
Blind spot
You mistake steadiness for arrival and stop asking more of yourself.
The act that changes him
Name the one pillar you would most like to be known for, and give it twenty extra minutes tomorrow.
A man who walked it
Nehemiah. Rebuilt a city wall stone by stone, with a trowel in one hand and a sword in the other.
Men of this type start the Road with whichever pillar their own Compass names.
