Eating for strength
Build every meal around a protein (meat, fish, eggs, beans, dairy), add vegetables, and then a portion of carbohydrate. That covers most of what matters.
Cook more than you order. Drink water first. Keep sugary drinks and late-night snacks as the exception, not the routine.
You don't need powders or pills to start. If you have a medical condition, diabetes or a history of eating problems, ask your doctor or a registered dietitian.
