1. Who you are contracting with

Virtus Integra ("Virtus", "we", "us") is operated by TRENDSYLVANIA DEVELOPMENT GROUP SRL. These terms form the agreement between you and TRENDSYLVANIA DEVELOPMENT GROUP SRL for use of the Virtus website and membership. Contact: hello@virtusintegra.com.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, taking the Compass, or continuing to use Virtus, you agree to these terms. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and, if you sign up for an organisation, that you may bind it.

3. What Virtus is — and is not

Virtus is a self-directed training programme: readings, daily practices, journalling prompts, habit tracking and cohort features. It is not therapy, medical care, psychological assessment, addiction treatment, or a professional legal or financial service. The Compass is a reflection tool, not a psychological test. If you are in crisis, use the resources on our support page or your local emergency number.

4. Your account

• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Give accurate information and keep it current.
• One account per person. Do not share membership access.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Virtus unlawfully, or for fraud, spam or harassment;
• post content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that exposes another man's private writing;
• infringe intellectual property, or copy, resell or redistribute our material;
• interfere with security — probing, scraping, malware, circumventing technical limits;
• reverse engineer the service.

6. Cohorts and shared spaces

What a brother writes in a cohort or on the Wall stays there. Screenshotting or republishing another man's words without his consent is grounds for immediate removal.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Virtus programme, writing, sigils, software and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them personally within your plan. Your own journal entries and posts remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to run the service.

8. Payment, billing and tax

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing frequency, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our refund policy. Memberships renew automatically each period until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

9. Referral rewards

Every three men you invite who become and remain paying members earn you one free month, applied to a future bill. Rewards have no cash value and may not be sold or transferred. We may withhold rewards obtained through fake accounts, self-referral or spam.

10. Availability

We work to keep Virtus running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or retire features.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time in Settings; your data is deleted as described in the privacy notice.

12. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential and special damages, including loss of profit, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

13. Indemnity

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of Virtus, or your breach of these terms.

14. Right of withdrawal and cancellation

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have 14 days from the start of your membership to withdraw from the contract. Because access to the digital content begins immediately, you agree that performance starts at once and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the content has been fully supplied. Independently of this, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is set out in our refund policy. Cancel at any time through Paddle at paddle.net or from Settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.

15. Automated (AI) features

Some features — the written reflection on a Ledger entry, and parts of the reading and content layer — are produced by automated software, not by a person. They are switched off until you explicitly turn them on, they are labelled where they appear, and they can be wrong. They are not therapy, diagnosis, or professional advice, and no human reviews them before you see them. Do not rely on them for decisions about your health, safety, finances or legal position.

16. Scripture and quoted texts

Scripture quotations are taken from public-domain translations, and other quoted sources are used in short extracts with attribution for commentary and teaching. If you hold rights in any material reproduced here and want it removed, write to hello@virtusintegra.com and we will take it down promptly.

17. Changes, law and disputes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. These terms are governed by Romanian law and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform closed on 20 March 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer available. Consumers may write to us at the address above, or contact the Romanian authority ANPC at reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
